The hotel has seven Superior Rooms at different locations: a view of the urban environment represents an ideal symbiosis of a true business hotel with the urban centre in the immediate vicinity, while the view of the park with its vivid colours throughout the four seasons creates an entirely new dimension for a true relaxation. All Superior Rooms can be configured as Twin Rooms.

- Accommodation for children aged 0-1.99 is free of charge – in a room with adults, on the existing bed.
- Accommodation for children aged 2-6.99 – HRK 75.00 in a room with two adults. The children can sleep on the existing bed.
- 2 children up to 6.99 years old can sleep with their parents in one room on the existing bed
- Children aged 7 or older are considered adults at this property and can't sleep with their parents in one room on the existing bed
- Your booking will be held for you until midnight on the day of your arrival. In case of a late arrival, please notify us on time.
- The booking may be cancelled without a cancellation fee up to two days prior to the commencement of the service. If the booking is cancelled at least two days prior to the commencement of the services, a cancellation fee of 50 % of the total amount per accommodation unit will apply.
- In case of cancelation of the reservation up to two days before the start of the service, we make refund if the accommodation is payed in advance
- In case of "No Show", 100% of the reservation value will be charged
- In case of "No Show", we keep the paid amount for the accommodation
- In case of a credit card guarantee, no deposit will be charged.
